They Treat you like Crap! After going to Town Fair Tire For years with our 2 vehicles, it seems like they want to grab the quick sale and don't care about you or your business later. Had an appointment 1 week after a sale of 4 tires and some other work. i got there at 8:00 AM when my appointment was, the shop wasn't open yet, 15 minutes later the parking lot filled up, and the walk-ins came in and were taken into the service bays before me, leaving me last! after i complained they drove my truck into the last bay, and left i... read more
Town FAIR TIRE DAYVILLE CT. appointments are a big joke. you'll be thrown on the back of the heap, while walk ins are treated like gold! I spend around $1100.00 and even though i had an 8:00 AM appointment, i was at the bottom of their monitor and watched many Walkins got serviced before myself! it took 2hrs. 1/2 of that time it just sat in the bay! My Wife and myself had been going there for years, but this was our last time! See you Town Fair! We can tell repeat business mean nothing to you!
