Greg was simply outstanding! He was very polite, efficient and technically competent. After a 40+ year Executive carer in IT with IBM, Netscape, AOL, and Sun running service desks and call centers around the globe, I have a deep understanding of what talent looks like. Greg is exactly the type of associate I always instructed my Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to recruit and retain in my organizations. My compliments on Towfair Tire, Bristol on your outstanding staff! :-)
