I don't know how it is for other people but I received very poor customer service. Got a text the day before confirming my appointment, I went there on an early Saturday morning only to be told they didn't have the tires I preordered. And it happens, but there was no apology from their side and they tried to put the blame for my tires not being there on me. I don't think a service business should be run like that.
