Had a 12:30pm appointment made 2 days earlier. Got there at 12:25. Stood in the middle of 3 lines. After 20 mini was the only one in line. 2 people shuffling papers behind the.counter with no acknowledgment. I left 15 minutes after my arrival. Took them 90minutes to call me back, they are that clueless.
Steve at the Manchester location was awesome highly recommended!!
