Rate this a ZERO!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!! Wouldn't even answer the phone until 9:20. 0pens at 7:45. Then I was put on hold. Obviously they don't want to be bothered. Don't ever go there.
I brought my sick dog to this place. When I was sitting in the room, the vet tech kept offering services like nail cutting with outrageous prices for services, no compassion for my sick animal. This place just wants your money and could care less about your animal. Can you say MONEY HUNGRY????
I went to their hospital because I required a letter to be given to Mesquite animal shelter, in order to to euthanize my cat. My recurring sickness had rendered me unable to take care of my pet. These people were unprofessional and lacked communication skills. I waited more than 30 minutes for them to into the exam room and at first I talked about the possibilities of my pet being adopted, however, when I found out the cat needed further test to complete the paperwork, I decided to euthanize him. I would never go there ever again. I kept thinking about writing this review, but hadn't because it is devastating to think about it. However, I think others should know. What made me think about it was that I had to have a cat euthanized because she was dying of a genetic disease, polycystic kidney disease Katy atrial Animal Hospital helped me with that, and they were wonderful.
