The free oil changes are not worth the wait. You pay for it in time. I went in for an oil change and was told it would take one and a half to maybe two hours which is a crazy long time as is and didn’t get my car back until almost 3 hours later after I had to escalate it to 3 different people. SUPER inconvenient, and will be paying for all my oil changes from here on at, at sensible shop with actually take others time into consideration. This was absolutely ridiculous. Do better TEF.

Do not come here. Just like every other dealership, they lie about costs and slip in additional fees at the end to hold your vehicle hostage. A simple oil change, tire rotation, and quick evaluation is advertised as $130. Thats what it should be when it says taxes and fees included. Then why is it magically $140 when I go up there to get it done because "the website is not updated". Then after they do everything, they say they have shop fees and taxes after that so its $174??? So I was out of town in my 2017 F250 when the turbo intake hose blew off which caused me to loose turbo power. I had just replaced it but it was a aftermarket part. So I orders a ford part and installed it along with the map sensor too. I was able to make it back home and scheduled for my truck to be checked out at Town East Ford. David McDonough was my service advisor and was very helpful and understood the dilemma I had been in.
