Our experiences with Town East Ford service department, have always been excellent. Today (4/9/26) we took my wife's (Lira) Ford Escape for an oil change. The service rep, Mr. David McDonough, was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us a run down of the services we will need done in the future to keep the vehicle running smoothly. And yes, we do need to have these services done. I trust this location, their mechanics and Mr. McDonough, including the rest of the staff. Five Stars.
Worst experience, car was taken in with town truck. Took them a week to even look at it. I had to be after them cause they dont call or communicate. They sent in a quote to insurance and turns out they are charging more then initial quote sent to them. And now the over charge will be on us. Cars been with them 2 weeks and I yet have to hear anything. Take your cars else where.
Miserable experience. Made an appointment to see a specific truck that was advertised for sale with VIN and stock number. It was advertised as CPO. When got there miraculously the truck was not available for sale despite being on the website when I left my house. They did not say anything to me. When I walked outside to see the truck, there was a different vehicle there. Then they told me the first truck that I made an appointment to see was not available. Excellent experience, thanks to Meaghan Schroeder and Terri Scott... Brought my truck in for a warranty repair and I was given a loaner vehicle same day for the entire duration of the repair which was a month and a half. Other dealerships told me to take a hike. Great communication throughout the repair and they went the extra mile to get the rental covered completely by Ford. Highly recommend. I would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
