I purchased a new 2024 Bronco Sport on 6/25 and had a generally great experience however the trade-in which was valued at $10-12,000 they only gave me $8,250.00 leaving me $5,300 upside down on a trade. I wanted a minimum of the $10k the car is valued at but they said they could only sell it for $11-12,000.00.
