Was decently happy with this office in comparison to other offices I’ve been to. But they are trying to bill me as if I don’t have insurance/ my insurance that I’ve had for 10 years all of a sudden doesn’t cover cleanings at all. I called and they said it’s not their responsibility to figure things out with my insurance but that’s literally the job of a billing department. They need to figure out their billing codes or I won’t be back and will contact the BBB. Definitely won’t be referring anyone else in the mean time.
My husband and I love Town Dental. Phenomenal Dentistry! Dr. Chandler is the best of the best. He has so much expertise and experience. I have been to so many different Dentists and he has been the best one by far. Every appointment here has been wonderful. Thank you Town Dental.
Real review here! Update: things got worse. We've paid out of pocket for floride before, averaging $20-30, and they charge $50! They still won't push the claim through and charging mysterious "misc" that I have never seen on a preventative bill before. They called me and admitted they made a claim mistake, but again their billing is messy at best. The charges are unreasonable and higher than anyone I've seen. Thank you to an amazing staff once again! And I’ll continue to repeat this, but as long as Dr. Park is here, there is no reason to consider having another dentist work on your teeth - #MyGoat does an excellent job at ensuring there is understanding while also not speaking down to you. Patient, and just the best.
