My entire family uses Town Cycle. The selection of bikes and accessories is perfect for either the trail or competitive rider. The real draw though is the service and knowledge the owner has. He is super helpful and makes sure your experience is perfect and that you walk away safe and confident on your new bike. They also are an excellent place to get setvice and repairs done. Top notch experience.
My LBS recommended I bring my issue to Town Cycle after they attempted multiple times to repair my dropper post that was still under warranty with Giant. Michael was a great help in coordinating and repairing it back to new. Giant replaced it with a better model then what I bought the bike with and paid the labor cost! Overall I had a great experience with the manufacturer and this great bike shop.
