I have lived here for over a year and so far this has been the best experience I have had in an apartment. I gave 4 starts just because my pipes have froze twice and the walls can be quite thin. Other than that, maintenance has been super helpful and I have always felt safe here! I love the large windows and updated appliances.
Trisha is very helpful and patient with me for the times I need assistance. Between conversations over the phone or when I go down to the office she is very kind and sweet! Very happy this is where I live!

0 stars if possible. Seems good on the surface, then the dominoes start falling apart. Before you move here, please understand that you will NEVER be able to contact someone at Beztak for any reason - none of their emails or phone numbers work. After living here for over 2 years with NUMEROUS issues, including the maintenance man stealing from me (which Town Court told me was not their problem), I told Town Court I would be moving 1 week before my lease ended.
