Henry is not a professional. Doesn’t return calls or emails. Unwilling to maintain negotiated rates as promised in writing two weeks ago. Slippery slip of a business he’s running. Stay away.
The owner prides himself on having 41 years of customer service but after speaking with him today about an employee incident, it was clear his business doesn’t have 41 minutes of customer experience. Rude workers and apparently they’re underpaid which an employee of theirs confided. I would look elsewhere for window cleaners for your business/home.
