If I could give zero stars I would. The VetTech called us back & escorted us to this room that had no working lights, black mold on one large HVAC return vent, another HVAC supply vent is falling out of the ceiling. On top of that the room is dirty and gross. Complete with vacuum cleaners in the corner. Have been here several times over the years but wow this place has gone down hill. The front desk staff was super nice so at least there is that. Told the ofc mgr and her reply was well I have put in work orders for this room... read more

My pup had an urgent need and Town and Country took us in as walk in! We were grateful for their service and everyone from intake staff to Vet were professional and friendly and treated Piper with care!

Our dog Ginger had a sudden illness and we were able to be seen at 10pm on a Thursday. She had to return to be hospitalized for three days, and the Town and Country team were exceptionally kind and professional. They kept us informed throughout her stay, and were understanding of our budgetary situation. Ginger recovered after a few days and is back to her normal self.
