Dr Mott is absolutely amazing. staff is outstanding i have been going here ever since they opened. The Best Care Anywhere by far.
Now that my dog has passed I feel comfortable enough to leave a review. My 14 year old adopted dog was put down April 2nd and I finally picked her up today May 22nd after calling the office to find out where she was. Nobody contacted me or I would have picked her up a lot sooner. She was cremated April 9th according to the certificate. I will not be using this business again. My dog was muzzled for no reason to begin with. When the "Doctor" came in, she violently ripped the strap to my gentle dogs muzzle even tighter. My dog was having a difficult time breathing and it was very stressful for both myself and my dog. She was derogatory towards my dog because of her breed and didn't even spend more than 3 minutes in the exam room with her. She blatantly told me that my dog is old and not worth trying to work with.
