Every time I call needed an animal looked at they never answer. I leave voicemail and never get a call back.
Staff is kind and inviting. Clean facility. Very hard to get an appointment, but they are great at what they do so it’s understandable and worth the wait.
Dr Mott is absolutely amazing. staff is outstanding i have been going here ever since they opened. The Best Care Anywhere by far.
Now that my dog has passed I feel comfortable enough to leave a review. My 14 year old adopted dog was put down April 2nd and I finally picked her up today May 22nd after calling the office to find out where she was. Nobody contacted me or I would have picked her up a lot sooner. She was cremated April 9th according to the certificate. I will not be using this business again.
