If you are looking at this now, because you are looking for a vet. This is not the place, mainly because they won't take you. Pretty much gonna have to find a different vet elsewhere. No new clients are being accepted.
I've been there a few times. They're not taking new clients, and I just wanted a quick question answered about my dog, not even an appointment, and they couldn't even do that. Seriously bad service; I wouldn't bother.
Dr. Mott and her team are absolutely wonderful, so kind, gentle, and thorough. Dr. Mott takes the time to explain what’s going on with your pet’s health in a way that’s easy to understand, and she’s honest and realistic about treatment options. I really appreciate that she offers alternatives like physical therapy, laser treatment, and acupuncture when appropriate. Both of our dogs have received exceptional care here, and we’re so grateful.
Everyone I know that has taken their pet here was told not to worry about stuff like lumps or strained breathing, only for a different vet to say it was something serious and were shocked this vet didn't notice anything. If you are concerned for your pet's safety DO NOT go to this vet. They are either lazy or incompetent. Or just plain stupid.
