The vet is excellent.
I know they care about our pets but they need to stay consistent with the pricing. Or maybe explain it better. I know having a pet is expensive but don’t give a price 3 times and the 4th they change it. The staff is great at the Massena office. Very friendly and willing to help.
My pets are always treated well at Town and country in Massena. My cat is dramatic but I am confident that she will not have long lasting trauma from her recent annual checkup.
The tech we had the last time we visited was great with both cats... very calm and both of them reacted very well to her. She did a good job on their nails without stressing them out too much.
