I have a very hyper high strung super strong dog. They were excellent with her and a huge help getting her weighed and taken in for her surgery. Surgery went very well. I was very impressed with this office!
Got my 1 year old Australian Sheppard/ golden retriever spayed and once complete they never mentioned or gave any type of sedative or anti-inflammatory medication. Due to which she was extremely antsy and has severe inflammation and a fluid pocket near the incision site. This then caused an emergency vet visit from a routine procedure. I am not saying it is all to blame on them but she is a hyper breed and all pet owners I talked to were in awe that I did not receive any sedative for the first few days post-surgery. Came 8 minutes late because it was a 45 minute drive and they told us our appointment was canceled cause it was over 7 minutes late. Then told us it was a 15 appointment and they couldn’t take us him in for a 5 minute x-ray he’s been limping for two weeks and we could just now get him in. Never going back!
