They took me in with out a an appointment and I was first time .. the staff and doctor are so nice professional and very caring . They will be my babies doctor for ever!
Our experience at Town and Country Vet Clinic in Riverside, CA was disappointing due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the front desk associate. When we asked her clarifying questions, she displayed obvious signs of irritation and gave very brief explanations. My partner and I felt that she was short and scathing in her response to my comments about the cost of treatment for our Sphynx kittens. I was going here pretty consistently for my cat but I’m hesitating to bring her back now. I paid a lot of money for an allergy test about a month ago now and I still haven’t received any updates about it when they told me it would only take 2 weeks. I’m hoping this isn’t on them but I’m getting concerned and my cat is still having flare ups :(
Best and most affordable Vet! The front office is efficient and very helpful. We had to euthanize our beloved pet, and Dr Jung was right there explaining the process. One of his assistants came in and comforted us until we were ready to leave. Still, when I collected his ashes a week later, they exppressed condolences. It made things a little easier.
Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a veterinarian. Kept talking about how my cat was going to die because he had a heart murmur. Told me that I was a problem because I didn't want to get something done. I did want to get my cat treatment. I was simply asking him if the treatment for something that he thought might happen down the road would actually do something to benefit my cat's life.
