The entire procedure was great from start to finish. All staff are always very accommodating and kind.
We took our dog in for a check up and we very pleased with the reasonable wait time for the appt and liked how genuine the vet we seen was down to earth. Personable n best of all acknowledging n honoring our wishes to take a more all natural treatment approach opposed to harsh medications unless absolutely needed.. she gave us real guidance we were looking for, rather than prioritizing making a sale. Definitely would return to Dr. Pierce in the future.
I was very pleased. I learned so much about Neko that I did not know. Since Neko is a rescue dog he has a lot of issues. Dr. Pierce took a lot of time with Neko. I learned so much about him I did not know. I wanted his nails trimmed while we were there as he has so much anxiety and is foot sensitive. Great staff, booked me an appointment the next day, short wait at the clinic and were patient (it was the two kittens’ first visit) and took time to answer all of my questions. Would definitely recommend!
We took our female rabbit,LeBron, to Town and Country in Ogdensburg to be fixed. We were extremely nervous and had a million questions and concerns about it. The entire team was gracious and kind in answering every single question we had. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of our little girl. We highly recommend them for all of your pet needs.
