I purchased an LS tractor several years ago and every time I have needed a part and reached out to them (3 different occasions) they have either not gotten back to me or flat out refused to provide assistance. This is not the place to make a large purchase like a tractor. I love my LS but there is a zero percent chance I would do business with this dealership again.
I ran into some issues with my Cub Cadet lawn tractor late Monday afternoon and needed a tensioner spring to finish my repairs. My day was going horribly and I ran into your Monroe location pretty close to closing time and I wasn't too optimistic about how much help I would get or if the part was in stock...
