Long story short the purchase process itself on Sept 15 2025 was fine, but everything that came after has been nothing short of frustrating. The first red flag was during the finance portion. My fiancé and I both work in the automotive industry, so we immediately noticed how unprofessional the experience was. Bought a truck here in 2024 and had a great experience., now my truck has a recall and it’s going to take 3-4 hours to correct it and they are refusing to offer a loaner vehicle. Spend $50k on a truck and now they don’t want to provide a loaner for an issue that’s Toyotas fault. Sales dept was great, service dept is impossible to deal with.
This is by far the best experience ever in buying a vehicle the staff is real nice and the person that really helped me out the most was Dustin he made everything easy and I would definitely recommend buying a car from him. I will definitely be back again and Thank you again to Dustin for everything
When I get the chance, I’ll be back on here to share my experience with this dealership. I believe in second chances and hope they take the time to review my case and make things right.
