One of the worst title experiences in my 18 years in this business. Poor communication and many issues/errors. Then disbursements were not correct. Painful transaction and make what should be an easy process very difficult. The closer was also quite rude and rushed...felt like both my clients and I were just another number and she didn't know much about the file.
