The children are noisy, numerous, and very disrespectful. They play in the streets, and often times, they refuse to move out of harms way when a car passes through. Many is the time cars would have to lay on their horns for them to slightly move out of the way. There IS a playground provided for the children, but they NEVER use it. Atmosphere improved so much after Dolly left. I wouldn't take her review to heart. In the front of the neighborhood there is an open field with some benches that can barely be considered a "playground". There was a time when me and some friends were taking turns riding a scooter up and down the road. Always moving for cars and in general not causing harm, when she came out and started screaming at us to stop doing that and how she'd call the police and we weren't allowed to have that scooter.
