We were traveling from Iowa to Rock Springs, Wyoming and became concerned with increased noise and shaking associated to the tires. We called Town & Country and they said they would try to get us in and see if they could help. We arrived and within an hour were back on the road, traveling smoothly. Levi did a great job listening to our concerns and fixing the problem! This was all done at a fair price!!! Thank you!!
We had recently purchased a RV on the East Coast and were heading home to Idaho when we suffered a flat tire. Generally not a big deal. I am sorry, I do not recall the gentleman's name who was assisting us, but he inspected all the tires. He quickly realized and explained to us the danger we were riding on. Travelers beware. I wouldn't go here ever again no matter what. Had a car issue outside of town on the way to the Black Hills and had to get car towed back to a shop. While codes were telling me a fuel pump issue, Town & Country tried to say the whole engine needs to be replaced. Wasn't going to do that, so went to another place for a second opinion. This tire shop has done me right more than once now. Kris at the front desk knows what’s what and gives it to you straight. This latest visit, Levi found my problem and the solution to it in under 8 minutes and explained it to me clearly before sending me on my way again. I would definitely trust this shop with my tire needs again.
The staff are kind and very helpful! They helped me in a pinch with my tire ! They were quick and efficient!
