Customer service is courteous but I think the overall dealership, needs a new SOP. First off, if you did not buy a camper here, they will not service your camper, including winterize. The excuse is like any other business short staff etc. However, when the service writer says they are booked until March, I tried to become a client and understand the short staff and accept they will not service my winterizing, so I try to make an appointment for de-wintering the camper. My wife and I really wanted a Salem Grand Villa 42DL so we went to Town and Country to look at a 2020. We found out that it had sold, but Brady said they were getting a 2021 of that exact model in on trade in a couple of days. We went back a few days later and took a look at the 2021. Beautiful condition and exactly what we wanted. After a couple needed repairs we ended up buying it. They delivered it to our campground for us. We found the refrigerator was missing the ice tray.
