Sold us a camper knowing it had issues. Warranty claim filed said nothing was wrong didnt say anything else. Still had issues and said it was now out of warranty and to call our insurance. Said thay have pics of damage but never told us about it. Won't release photos to insurance. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, didnt tell us about the pics till later cause they didnt want to cover warranty work. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE AS WELL.
Service guys were great!!
I was a first time RV buyer, and we were planning on living in the RV full time (back in May 2024), and dealing with Town & Country RV Center was great. I've had this RV for 2+ yrs now, and besides the normal wear/tear , I've had no major issues with this RV. If/When I go to purchase another RV, I will definitely go back to Town & Country RV Center so see what they have to offer!

Helped put our WDH on our truck perfectly. We looked for a camper for over 2 months and knew exactly what we wanted. Don’t let other dealers force you into one you don't really like because they are close. Highly ... read more
