I was a first time RV buyer, and we were planning on living in the RV full time (back in May 2024), and dealing with Town & Country RV Center was great. They walked us thru everything, and doubled checked everything in/on the RV, and there were no problems. I've had this RV for 2+ yrs now, and besides the normal wear/tear , I've had no major issues with this RV. If/When I go to purchase another RV, I will definitely go back to Town & Country RV Center so see what they have to offer!
We drove over 5 hours one way to come get a great deal from this RV Center. That says a lot about how personable and helpful they were. Our sales person, Matt Jenne, sent us any photos we requested and worked with us by text and email for a great deal. The delivery walk through was very thorough with the shop guys. Paid over 30,000 dollars for a camper end of season last year..ask about a smell coming from the bottom ..they told us they would check it out and fix if something was wrong. Well we are stuck with a camper that the sewer line is disconnected and broke..if they checked as they said they would, they knowingly sold us a crappy (literally) camper..
