I am not swayed by other reviews, but I do see where the poor reviews come from.. We were very interested in a property in Virginia. Realtor was very pleasant showing the house, but has completely ignored our phone calls. Very disappointed with Gwen's lack of interest. The property remains for sale.
Zero is my preferred star rating. Dishonest interaction with this group. Could not be more disappointed with my one and only interaction. Gave a bid on land on Deakins within the first day of the listing. I was told I was the first offer in. The seller counter offered via text stating he was replying via text because he was at work BUT he will except an exact amount.
