I contracted with Permabilt to build a 38'x30' garage over the winter and I could not be happier with their performance. Perma Built did not disappoint! From the permit process to the barn completion they were professional , timely and there were no surprises. Once we stepped into the finished structure we were again aware of the attention to detail. Craftsmanship is superb and the building is exceptionally strongly constructed. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Perma Built .

We signed a contract on August 1st of 2024. It’s now March 2025 and we have yet to get permits for a 36x60 pole barn.They just keep blaming the county. If you live in Pierce County you may want to reconsider before making any decisions.
