Repair was done quickly took the technician less than 20 minutes to fix the trickling water issue in my tub. However, was a little caught off guard when I was in my bedroom and heard the bathroom door close. The technician began to urinate in my toilet. I understand having to use the restroom however, it comes off unprofessional and a lack of respect when not asking client first especially when I was just a few feet away.
