The most polite and helpful people I’ve ever seen at a pharmacy - they go above and beyond to get you what you need, even if they don’t have it in stock. thank you! - We left the big chain CVS Pharmacy because of rudeness and a complete lack of care, and we couldn’t be happier. - Leave the big corporations and support local.
In my experience the customer service would've only be sufficient to someone not really paying mind. they dismissive and play stupid to basic questions on if i could fill out a perception with them or just go to CVS/Walgreens. they lied and said to come back in the morning .. came at 9am then i did all this waiting for them to hope i just leave... like i wasn't there for two medications. and then i just stand and wait.. and they go oh yea we don't have it... duh. can you order it yes or no. they knew they couldn't .. wasting... read more
