I wouldn't trust the office staff to fix a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. We were lied to about how insurance was handled, that lie went all the way up to the doctor. and when I made clear our dissatisfaction and asked for an explanation, we never received a reply. Would not recommend would not return.
When you need a prescription filled, you can’t get it done after hours. The after hours line is terrible. No option to leave a voicemail at all.
Saw Dr. Ohanian in July 2023 having heard good things about him and my initial opinion of him is that he's kind of nice but quick to the point and comes off cold. He definitely cuts you off mid sentence and was telling me what I had going on was due to jaw clenching which I knew wasn’t true. I went in because I was looking for a new neurologist and had been having new neurological things going on but hadn't gotten any definitive answers yet. Dr Sevak Ohanian is amazing!!! I was seeing another neurologist prior who acted as though I was a bother. Dr Ohanian truly cares for his patients!!! He answers all my questions and is on his game with the newest treatments!!!! He is a god send and I’m truly grateful for him!!!
