Well I have to admit it's hard to go into this place after reading the reviews but as I did recently with my rheumatologist with terrible reviews and very low ratings I tested it for myself! Friendly services, only needed oil and whipper snipper blade thingy's (and no I wasn't judged for calling them thingy's) but helped promptly and talked through the right oil needed. Hi there...i just called the mudgee store to order blades for my whipper-snipper and AS USUAL they have none in stock. I questioned the sale person as to why they leave it to the last minute when theres none in stock to re-order them as i live 1 1/2hr away...he replied "its summer and they sell out very quick..and as for you living where you live, ITS NOT MY PROBLEM and hung up on me!!!
Poor service, new side by side came without optional extras we wanted, told you'll have e to bring it back for its 1st 50 hour service and will fit them then. The 50 hour service was wrong advice cfmoto hq advised it should be 20 hours. Rang after a week to see if it was ready, no. But advised it will cost over $1000 in labour to fit the extras + $645 for the 1st service. Eventually sorted out and just paid the first service costs with a statement on the invoice "not welcome back in the shop" cause we rang up too often over ... read more
