Bought a house and was out of town three weeks of four for army commitment during the escrow period. Town and Country had everything ready for the closing even though I’m not the easy W2 employee but a business owner which is always harder with mortgage lenders. Michael was amazing-very accessible, succinct with what he needed with no last minute changes.
I have used Michael twice. The two situations were completely different. He let me know exactly what I needed to do to get each properties to close. I would never use anyone else.
