It's a nice, small 55+ senior mobile home community that's a gated community. The lot rent is more affordable than other larger mobile home parks. There's amenities such as a pool, dances, etc. but on a smaller scale and not all year round. There are some snowbirds that have homes there but do not live in Florida year round. Went here to sale a mower. First time ever even eknowlaging that neighborhood we even there. Very quiet , clean and friendly neighborgood.

I am choosing to give Town and Country Mobile Home Park, the place my sister and I grew up at and have been going to for 20+ years now every year only a 1 star rating . We have came here our whole lives to spend valuable time with our grandpa John and our great grandma Nancy Haag who have purchased their home in 1994 and have been living there since.
