Originally I was excited about moving into a new mobile home here.. They originally listed the home at $43,000. We also came up with a $2700 down payment for the home. Signed a locked in lease for lot rent of $415 a month.. Later I find out that the loan amount started at $51,900. Looking at paper work etc! We did not sign for that price let alone there is no record showing that our down payment went towards anything! Over the course of 3 years! They have increased the lot rent three different times! this park is nasty 100% the worst in Watertown, the lot rent is not worth it, the park should maybe charge 200 bucks max, every home is littered with mice from the river behind the park, then the corn field on the back side when they harvest the crop the animals have to run somewhere,95% of the homes are condemned ask why u dont see photos of the park on there site, they show only 1 or 2 croped homes, its because they know how nasty this place is, they just know people are not gonna leave even if they jack the lot rent up to... read more
