Nice clean mobile park.Great people live here there's always a bad apple in the bunch, though overall, nice, clean and very great place to live
I have lived in 2 other mobile home parks before I moved here. This is truly the worst park ever. As soon as I can I will leave here . With all my complains and not 1 thing gets done. My lovely neighbors party at night even after 4 am . Cigerate butts outside my kitchen window . I DO NOT SMOKE. !!! The so called managers husband was even here when I showed him the butts as I was picking them up !!!!! Gggggggrrrrrr
As a previous manager of this park for 4 yrs I worked super hard to get this cleaned up and received compliments from the city, then Rocket Realty tuned that all around, rented out disqusting mobile homes to anyone that were very unfit to live in, this photo for the park image is very deceiving, there are very few newer homes , less than 10, the rest are 40-50-60 yrs old! Getting rid of Rocket Realty after I quit was good on the owners part! The water issue is true the lines are over 60 years old and a constant issue of leak... read more
