great place to live, yes the lot rent keeps going up but what isnt these days? Maintenance always going around picking up trash and keeping the grass cut. i would recommend
ZERO STARS. They cut off my hitch. They charge way too much for just a lot fee. They complain about trash that isn't mine. HOA rules, but it's a shitty trailer park. Raises lot / rent often. Never tries to fix problems. Anything and everything is your fault. SG buying this place was an absolute mistake.
