We got stuck in Roswell due to an emergency surgery and stayed here way longer than intended. That being said, the owners are the SWEETEST people we have met on the road. We never had an issue with our spot over the 6 months we were there. Immediate responses to issues, timely repairs to anything on site, and a pleasant experience through the whole park. We will be using them again when we return!
Their website say they are pet friendly and no other mention about pet policies. Pulled in after five hours of driving and start the check in process and I’m told that my dog is restricted breed and we can’t stay. I get how insurance works, but how hard is it to have your pet policy on your website? Not pet friendly! Probably a good thing we didn’t stay here. This place has the vibe of a mobile home park. My wife, grandson and I stayed here in late March 2026. Booking was easy and the staff were friendly. The recreation and workout room were great. Our experience was good.
