I literally had 5 units here for 2 years while house was being built...rats infested EVERYTHING and ruined ALOT! It IS NOT a good place to keep stuff unless it's like garage kinda stuff that's indestructible...wicker baskets were literally eaten, boxes eaten, rat poop over ALL ITEMS...took weeks of sanitizing things, I literally cried when I saw! Been there for several years, and it's been good but they have gone up from 75 to 100 bucks in one year. You ask to get with owner, and you find they are California people and you can not contact them. Going to get out this month, save myself 1200 a year and have a garage sale.
