I have lived in this community for a little over two years. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this mobile home community. There is clearly not enough staffing to properly manage the property, and it shows in nearly every area. Maintenance appears to be minimal at best, and common areas are consistently neglected. The roads throughout the community are in extremely poor condition, with significant deterioration and lack of repair, creating serious safety concerns.
