The park isnt properly managed. There are life threatening issues that management has refused to address for over 3 years. They increase lot rent yearly but do no maintenance. Management has slandered many tenants name including myself.
I struggle with sleep because of a dangerouse tree that they have refused to cut down for over 3 years.
Poorly managed. Constant social issues within park caused by management spreading rumors... no maintenance...
It's a pretty nice place however there are definitely some trailers that on the outside there is trash piled all the way up filling their deck up and some are in disrepair
The so called manager shouldn’t be a manager! When confronted about her being in the wrong she hangs up. My husband missed out on making money for his living today because she told a customer he was picking up that he was suspicious. My husband is driving a brand new vehicle. How does he look suspicious when he wasn’t bothering anyone? My husband has a broken hand what could he possibly do to anyone? Unprofessional. And if I could give zero stars I would. Disgusting.
