1st room we got had a big whole spider so we swapped, 2nd room was okay but kinda dusty/dirty for sure. The front desk was so annoying, they wanted me to pay the whole room even though it was paid fully through booking.com turns out they were missing 93 cents, I ended up paying that cause who cares but so odd. Thankfully this was only a one night thing and don’t be fooled by the “free breakfast” it sucks. Just waffle and bread, no hot foods.

I reserved and paid online with affirm. I revs itenerary info etc.... and a text stating to let the staff know if needed any help from them and can reply back in that text. I sent a reply stating that i would be midnight or after getting there. I show up at 1am, the door is locked, it's 32° outside. After ringing the Neil 3 tones, a couple cones out of a room, tries to talk to me through a raised winding. I told him i am freezing out here. They were renovating all downstairs rooms including the handicap rooms. So if you booked online it said nothing about it and when you got there they refuse to give you a downstairs room and you had to climb the stairs. You asking for a receipt the next morning and that tell you the printer doesn't work they will email you a copy. I don't want an email I want a damn receipt. I won't be staying there again.
