They often have a Buy 1 Oil Change Get 2 Free deal, plus they include free car washes. Free snacks and a coffee/hot cocoa machine with a ton of flavor combinations, and free wi-fi.

Snacks are plentiful, and include fresh fruit, granola bars, granola, tea, coffee, water, etc. An employee just walked through the lounge offering fresh-baked cookies. They were still warm.

When I took my new civic in for its first oil change, it took 1 1//2 hours. The waiting room was uncomfortable. There were no TVs or computers to use. The fruit looked sad and the coffee was very old. Besides that I had to pay $15 for tire rotation. Not a good experience. I will go elsewhere next time. I do not recommend this service department!

Clean facility, nice people, but lacking complimentary services experienced at other Honda dealers. No coffee, juices, cookies, fruit... But general all around great place to get your auto serviced.

Scammers – Took our 2006 Honda Accord to Gladstone Honda because it needed an oil change. This was only the seciond time I had taken it there. I typically take the car to Wilsonville Honda (who by the way are GREAT - I highly recommend them). They returned the car and said it needed a new battery. And that we may notice it while driving. This is wierd because we have had NO issues with the battery previously. The car was sputtering and stalling when we got it back. I don't trust the Service Deptartment – I was just there to get my oil changed. The mechanic said my struts were in really bad shape. $750 for fix. I said no thanks, and drove to Les Schwab for a second opionion. They said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my struts. I asked; 'Are You Absolutely Sure?' They said there was absolutely nothing wrong with struts, alignment, balance, or anything. I trust Les Schwab.

DON'T GET TAKEN TO THE CLEANERS BY JAY LEE – I went into Jaylee Auto Group in Gladstone a year ago to get a check engine light diagnostic on my Acura. They came back and told me that my transmission was about to go out and at the most I had 2 months left on it. I asked if it could just be a light malfunction because the car seemed fine, and the tec assured me that the tests are accurate and my tranny was toast.
