Pat and her son, Shawn, own and run their little kingdom. They are unreasonable and have no regard for rules and regulations. They throw out people who dont cause any problems, and let the ones who create them stay. There are constantly small children playing in the road unattended and idiots driving through the park doing 30 mph.
They are good to rent from and are understanding of all issues that are going on. They are very respectful and answer any questions or concerns to the best of their ability. And the neighbors are also friendly and peaceful.
