I remember when Town & Country use to have high quality stuff and much of it is still good such as it's tools and fittings. But many of the items are now cheap and flimsy such as the Do-It-Best Ballcock toilet tank fill valve, toilet seats and plastic runners which I refused to buy. The valve that I had in my toilet, the supposedly brass float rod didn't even last a year because it corroded causing it to brake at the valve and the ball end was badly bent. This is two stores in one - It's a proper hardware store, where you can still buy a single screw, bolt, and/or nut, tools, as well as a large variety of home maintenance items; it's also a UPS drop off and shipping location, where they can even print a pre-paid label for your packages. Everyone I've encountered in this store has been very nice, helpful, and knowledgable ^_^

My wife and I went to Town & Country to purchase a washing machine and met with Tony in the appliance department. Tony was very helpful and didn't try to upsell us but helped us with the correct brand and model to fit our needs. Tony was very polite and a pleasure to deal with. Our washer was not only delivered on time, but even early! Both of the delivery men were polite and very professional. Great job!
