I have shopped at this store many times. I would give them 5 stars if they had more Lumber. I do like Stanley the cat.
Great hardware store with a hometown feel.
We visited this store because it was the closest location selling Benjamin Moore paints. Although the clerk looked at us when we walked in, she never spoke to us. We tried to find the paint color number, but we could not, so I stepped up to the counter to ask for help. The clerk was very rude. She looked up me and said, “What?” When I asked for some help with paint she told me, very curtly, “It will be a minute” and went back to what she was doing. We waited. Been shopping here for ten years almost. Got denied use of a coupon dated to expire today. April 15. Extremely rude cashier. I can shop easily in Durham.
