Great customer care. Really good product. David, Trent, and Gage were great to work with. The glass and hardware look great, and they guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of my needs. T & C Glass was very accomodating to my schedule, and bent over backwards to help me in a pinch when the tub refinishing company needed the glass door that T & C installed a week earlier, removed so their work could be done. I will definately be using T & C Glass on my other bathroom remodel as well.
The booking process was straightforward and very professional. The communication was excellent.Gage & David came and replaced a broken window for us. They were quick and professional and did a nice clean up when finished. Hoping not to have to use their again, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call if we did need any type of glass repair.
Huge shoutout to Cody and Gage for replacing my window this morning and making the whole process ridiculously easy. Cody was amazing from the first time he came out to measure and put together the bid, and he was just as great when he came back today for the install. Gage was awesome too — super friendly, professional, and efficient. They were quick, personable, in and out before I knew it, and somehow still managed to make a window replacement feel like a pleasant part of my morning.
