I purchase everything online from groceries to clothing. I have never had a negative experience until I ordered floral arrangements from Town & Country Gardens. My boyfriend's father passed away on Good Friday. I ordered an arrangement to go to the funeral home (in Addison) and his parent's home (in Schaumburg). I ordered a casket pillow for my mother-in-laws funeral. I loved the square pillow, perfect size but I wanted pink and blue carnations/flowers because this was to be a grandma/great-grandma pillow with grandma on one side of the ribbon and great-grandma on the other. The pillow came with the flowers shown in the catalog on the pink and blue I requested and the ribbon on the pillow was blue and I requested pink. It was beautiful but not what I ordered. Somewhat disappointed but no one knew the difference.
