We built in 2008, you guys built our attached garage and did a wonderful job. I had bought a garage package from menards for a detached garage, I asked you guys about building it for me and everything worked out and you also built that garage for me. You guys are amazing thank you very much.
Our garage was built this year by Town and Country. The build itself was fine. My complaint would be around customer service. When we spend that much money it's nice to feel appreciation. It felt more like it's built and we are now done with you. We had some minor things that were fixed post build. We had an addition done on the garage. The slab started cracking the first month, and then over the years, the garage shifted off the blocks and slab because it was never anchored. They waited years with excuse after excuse, and the warranty expired. The trusses were tacked in place with one nail each!!! A New Company came in, and it cost $15K to fix. Not taking accountability and making things suitable for shoddy work is unexpectable.
