Our garage was built this year by Town and Country. The build itself was fine. My complaint would be around customer service. When we spend that much money it's nice to feel appreciation. It felt more like it's built and we are now done with you. We had some minor things that were fixed post build. The garage door opener had a few issues immediately after building and a few months later. When we called to have them come take a look they offered Garage door repair shops. It just felt tacky. We had an addition done on the garage. The slab started cracking the first month, and then over the years, the garage shifted off the blocks and slab because it was never anchored. They waited years with excuse after excuse, and the warranty expired. The trusses were tacked in place with one nail each!!! A New Company came in, and it cost $15K to fix. Not taking accountability and making things suitable for shoddy work is unexpectable.

Best decision ever! We had, what at least I thought was, a challenging project because of the way our yard was shaped. A lot of dirt had to be brought in to raise the level of our yard. But once the slab was poured, it took just 2 days to build the garage itself. The subcontractors that they used for things like demoing the old garage and building a retaining wall and handicapped accessible ramp were top notch as well!
