Always a great experience with Town and Country. One of my door operators wasn’t working. Called in and within 2 hours Tyler was here and made the repairs. He has installed 3 doors for us. Each installation was done as scheduled and was done in a quality manner.
As I was leaving for the first day back to work after Christmas, my garage door jammed while closing. It was crooked and the torsion cables had come off the spools and tangled around the torsion rod. As soon as Town & Country opened that morning, I gave them a call to ask if they could send someone out to me for an emergency. They had initially stated it would not be until 3-5pm before they could have someone to me; but hours the original quoted time a Tech was able to make it to my house.
