Tyler did an amazing quick and easy swap out of our bad sensors and taught me how to reprogram my code. I only wish I called them months ago instead of dealing with a malfunctioning door! Took 1 week from scheduling for them to come out but it is PCS/ moving season and I’m sure they’re busy!
Always a great experience with Town and Country. One of my door operators wasn’t working. Called in and within 2 hours Tyler was here and made the repairs. He has installed 3 doors for us. Each installation was done as scheduled and was done in a quality manner.
As I was leaving for the first day back to work after Christmas, my garage door jammed while closing. It was crooked and the torsion cables had come off the spools and tangled around the torsion rod. As soon as Town & Country opened that morning, I gave them a call to ask if they could send someone out to me for an emergency.
