This was my first experience with oil heating in a home, this company was friendly from the start, kind and knowledgeable. Chad was extremely pleasant and the gentleman who came to fill the tank was friendly, and made me feel as though the company really does care. He took extra time to explain things to me. Great company.

Great from the phone call at the beginning! Customer service was excellent and friendly, and they worked with me allowing me to order for multiple people close together to get their discount. Upon delivery, the driver did exactly as he was asked, and they gave me a mug as a new customer, which was very unexpected, but appreciated! Highly recommend Town and Country fuel!
