I have been getting my 2022 Ford Edge Titanium serviced here ever since I bought it. Have received excellent service. My only complaint is the chairs in the waiting room are way too low and hard for me to get out of!
I am sorry these guys have such bad reviews, because my experience was outstanding. I got stranded today with literally no one to help. They sent someone out and fixed my car today, on a Friday, so I can take the grandkids on the trip we promised them. Everyone was helpful, kind, and worked very hard to help me. They even took me home while my car was fixed so I didn't have to stand there stranded in the sun. Thank you, especially, to Misty!!!
