Could not have had a better experience! Found online simply because they are close to our house and was easily and quickly able to schedule a consultation appointment to get an estimate for repair of a scratch on my car. Shannon (at the front desk) quickly emailed me back and set up a time. She also made sure I knew exactly where they were located and it was super easy to find. Over the moon happy. When road gravel, rocks and sand destroyed the front end of my brand new truck on route 85 in South Carolina, you can imagine my dismay. When my car went in for repairs, my rear door handle had some peeling of the overcoat of paint. When I picked my car up. All handles were peeling of and my KIA sign was totally peeled off. The repairman blamed the Sun. It was not like that when my car went in for repairs, and it was not like that before repairs. My my left headlight. Was a mess also.
