Ordered through 1800 Flowers. When I asked for a refund because they continued to miss my Easter deliver and the next day of quoted delivery windows, Ruben called me dumb and began cursing and screaming at me until I hung up. Violent verbiage over a service/product they didn't provide. Foul experience and will cease working with 1800 Flowers as well if they continue working with this business. There is never reason for this kind of communication amongst humans, never mind customer service.
Excellent fresh food. Love their sandwiches 🥪
Do not recommend. Extremely rude customer service. Also, the flowers are tiny and ugly. Looks nothing like the $88 deluxe bouquet that I ordered!
Didn’t even deliver our flowers we paid for.
