The bouquet did not match the picture. Several components of the arrangement that were important to us were missing. Substitutions were made and delivered without consulting us. We should have been contacted before delivery about any substitutions. We were not given the opportunity to either approve changes or pick something different. Well that was a disappointment! I'm from our of state and in for my mom's birthday. Needed flowers I'm here within business hours and the just closed for the weekend!

I received the most beautiful bouquet from Town and Country Florist. My daughter arranged the delivery from Virginia and didn’t know what it Wouks actually look like. Lucky for her, and me, it was exactly as pictured…simply gorgeous!
